COMMUNITY BASED ASSESSMENT

CBA takes place when the client is unsure of a vocational goal. At this point MCOI will take the client out into the community and have them work different occupations. 

During this time, the job coaches will asses the client on endurance, mobility, communication, appearance, social interactions, attention to task, motivation, adapting to change, time awareness, handling criticism/stress, functional reading/math, behavior, money skills, and asking for assistance.
